After World War I Americans returned triumphantly to the states from their victory in Europe. This country celebrated and the "Roaring Twenties" were a decade of fun for most. But, the end of the decade brought on tough times and the Great Depression. Two films that celebrate underdogs during this time period are Cinderella Man and Seabiscuit. We'll watch trailers for both on Monday and discuss the time period and what it must have been like to live through it.
